1. Service Description

AstralDigital ("we," "our," or "us") provides a website building platform designed for home service professionals including locksmiths, plumbers, HVAC technicians, electricians, glaziers, and drain cleaning services (the "Service").

By accessing or using AstralDigital, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

2.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

2.2 Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

3. Subscription & Billing

3.1 Plans and Pricing

AstralDigital offers various subscription plans (Free, Starter, Professional, and Agency). Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice.

3.2 Billing Cycle

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled.

3.3 Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. After 30 days, refunds are provided at our discretion. Annual subscriptions cancelled mid-term are not eligible for partial refunds.

3.4 Free Trial

We may offer free trials. At the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.

4. Content Ownership

4.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to content you create, upload, or display on websites built with AstralDigital ("Your Content"). You grant us a license to host, display, and distribute Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

4.2 Our Content

Templates, designs, code, and other materials provided by AstralDigital remain our property. You receive a license to use these materials for websites built on our platform.

4.3 Domain Names

Domain names registered through AstralDigital are owned by you. We act only as a registrar intermediary.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Host content that is illegal, defamatory, or promotes violence
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization (except for Agency plan holders)

6. Service Availability & SLA

6.1 Uptime

We strive for 99.9% uptime for all published websites. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

6.2 Support

Support availability varies by plan: Community support (Free), Email support (Starter), Priority support (Professional), and Dedicated support (Agency).

7. Termination

7.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

7.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or if required by law. We will provide notice when possible.

7.3 Data Export

Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your content. After this period, we may delete your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstralDigital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Informal Resolution

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally.

9.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9.3 Arbitration

Any disputes not resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
